Televac® offers calibration and service for Televac® vacuum measurement equipment, handling system evaluations, and servicing for existing vacuum equipment or routine calibration needs. Our calibration lab provides traceable vacuum calibrations to ISO 17025:2017 and NIST standards, covering a range from 760 Torr to 1*10-7 Torr. Factory (previously known as “Standard”) electrical calibrations are also available. Calibration certificates with detailed information are provided for vacuum calibrations, meeting quality management system requirements. Refer to the Televac® Calibration and Service Instructions and Options for specific instructions on shipping your equipment to our calibration lab.

Note: Equipment received without a service order number or documentation will not be processed by the calibration lab and may result in an additional charge of $85.00.

A service fee for all evaluations/inspections will be applied. This fee is waived only when other services, such as calibrations and/or services, are contracted.

1. ISO/IEC 17025 accredited vacuum calibration certificates, unless explicitly requested otherwise, will by default include a statement of conformity using a simple decision rule outlined in form televac_tolerances, will by default use the order acknowledgement “ship to” address as the customer name and address, and will by default specify a 1 year recommended calibration interval

2. ISO/IEC 17025 accredited vacuum calibrations cannot be combined with other types of calibrations

a. For example, you cannot return a multi-channel controller (MX200, MM200, MC300) for ISO 17025 accredited calibration of specific channels with NIST traceable calibration for other channels

3. For ISO/IEC 17025 accredited and NIST traceable calibrations, you must return the controller, sensors, and cables (active gauges do not require that cables are returned)

4. Failure to return all necessary equipment may result in additional charges and delays in your order

a. If other calibration points are required, they must be explicitly stated on this form and shown on the order acknowledgment

b. Additional calibration points are an additional charge per point

2. Please specify which channels (or stations) require calibration if you are returning a controller

3. If this is an evaluation or repair, please describe the issues you're experiencing with the unit

4. In addition to the above, please feel free to use this section to provide any additional information for your service order/RMA
