These electrolytic tilt sensors are designed to give wide range measurement up to ±70° with very high accuracy of at least ±0.003° in one axis. These sensors are more expensive than any of our TrueTILT™ metal solutions because of the higher accuracy of the glass sensor and the glass design.
All electrolytic sensors require electrolytic tilt sensor circuit (commonly referred to as signal conditioning or signal conditioners) to provide a tilt output. This circuit can be built into your system or you can purchase circuitry that we’ve designed that’s optimized for the best performance from our sensors.
