The Televac® MV2A vacuum controller (also called a vacuum control unit or vacuum pressure controller) can be connected to 1 Televac® passive rough vacuum gauge, like the 2A thermocouple, 2A VacuMini Thermocouple, or 2A NASA Mini Thermocouple. It includes a 0 to 5 V DC analog output for the gauge connected to the vacuum controller for simple integration with a PC or PLC, and 2 set point relays to act as a vacuum pressure controller for process control in your vacuum system.
The MV2A vacuum controller’s user interface includes a bright LED display of the current vacuum measurement and indication LEDs for the setpoints, which can be set via two buttons on the front panel. This vacuum control unit supports nitrogen/air, and Televac® can provide compensation factors for argon, hydrogen, helium, neon, krypton, and carbon dioxide. The MV2A is our simplest vacuum controller, providing an efficient, low-cost solution for various vacuum markets and applications.
