While at the event, the students demonstrated how the Dual-Axis Wide-Range Electrolytic Tilt Sensor worked on a model of a utility pole using a tablet to display a live feed of all the reading coming from the utility poles.

The Fredericks Company is excited to welcome undergraduate and graduate students from Temple University who were approved for the Manufacturing PA Innovation Program Award. The university will work together with The Fredericks Company to design and develop an integrated custom electronic tilt measurement sensor to monitor transmission towers, utility poles, and other equipment.
