  • A member of our sales team will provide you with the Service Order (RMA) Number once all the required documentation has been provided to us

Getting Your Equipment Ready To Ship

  • Mark the Service Order (RMA) Number on the outside of the box you’re using for shipment
  • Print and place the Service Order Acknowledgement inside the box

ISO 17025 Accredited Calibration, NIST Traceable Calibration, and Equipment Evaluation

For ISO 17025 accredited calibration, NIST traceable calibration, and equipment evaluations, the vacuum gauges (2A, 4A, 7B, and others) and cables need to be included with the controller (MX200, MM200, MC300, and others)

If any items are missing, additional charges may be applied to your order!
